Detailed description:
The house consists of a very large living room of more than 80m2, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, 6 bedrooms, 3 with en-suite shower room, 5 shower rooms and toilet.
Wifi – air-conditioned rooms and living room – espresso machine, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge, hob, dryer, dishwasher, TV.
Land of 600 m2 with a large swimming pool (4×10), lawn, beard, deckchairs, open hut with outdoor dining area, 2 car garage.
Astou is your disposal from 9am to 3pm for maid service or prepare good local dishes – Ibou meanwhile, will watch over the safety of the house, the cleanliness of the pool and will make an excellent advisor, test it! These services are free of charge.
The house also has a car with driver that we can put at your disposal to pick you up or bring you back from the airport, transport you wherever you want. This service is paid, quote on request.
Electricity is the responsibility of the customer and payable locally in cash (local use) at the rate of 180 FCFA / Kwh.
