AVAILABLE SPACES
The rental of the venue includes the swimming pool, pool house, playground, dining area and changing rooms. It is not allowed to access other spaces that are not stipulated in this announcement. It is not allowed to use any equipment that is not listed on the said advertisement. CLEANING
Cleaning is included in the rental price. However, please be careful not to leave the premises in a mess, by ensuring the storage of furniture, objects and dishes. It is requested to clean the kitchen area and to take back all food and drinks (the cleaning fee does not include dishes or maintenance of equipment).
SWIMMING POOL
Access and use of the pool is under the full responsibility of the customer and his guests.
Protect your child: before entering the pool area, you must equip your child with armbands, a float swimsuit or a buoy adapted to his size (the equipment used must comply with the regulations in force and have not been provided in the rental). Children are only allowed in the pool enclosure under the constant and active supervision of adults.
Bulky or sharp objects are not allowed in the pool enclosure.
Do not leave any objects in the pool.
It is forbidden to bring any glass object or container into the pool enclosure.
To facilitate the maintenance and hygiene of the pool, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules:
Avoid applying sunscreen or oil just before bathing.
Make sure your children go to the toilet before accessing the pool
It is forbidden to run, dive, jump, shout, eat, smoke or drink in the pool area.
GARBAGE
Garbage cans are available.
Please dispose of your waste on your own. No waste should be found in the outdoor spaces adjacent to the site.
ANIMALS
The tenant can stay with his pet subject to compatibility with the animals of the domain.
MUSIC – SOUND LEVEL
Noises likely to disturb the tranquility of the place and the neighborhood are strictly prohibited, especially screaming and music. Only a musical background is allowed.
NEIGHBOURHOOD UNREST
Any nuisance considered as neighborhood disturbance or night disturbance may be reprimanded by law by a fine of 450 €, at the expense of the customer occupying the premises on the date of the facts. The Host will have the possibility to charge this amount to the Guest or deduct it from the deposit if necessary.
SMOKING AREA
It is allowed to smoke outdoors, however please respect the surrounding neighborhood when you smoke.
The cigarette butts must be extinguished in ashtrays (and not on the ground) which will be moistened and then emptied into the garbage bags when you leave.
The use of shisha is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors.
METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS
In case of adverse weather conditions, for a rental without the possibility of indoor fallback, the amicable postponement of the event is possible between the customer and the host as soon as a common date has been validated by both parties –
These changes must be made 48 hours before the event, at no additional cost.
Otherwise, if no agreement on a possible postponement has been reached, the cancellation conditions retained by the host apply.
